Our Condo in Destin Florida

We had an amazing ground floor condo in Destin Florida. Our condo was a two building condo with 3 floors with their own private beach. We had a ground floor room with an amazing view to the beach! We had great beach access (2nd and 3rd floor has to take the stairs and then go through an gate) all we had to do was walk out our back porch door and walk down the beach access walkway and there were are, at the beach. If we open the front door, the swimming poor was in front of us, we had it best! LOved it!

Could you tell me how you rented the beach condo that you stayed at here(was it through the travel site like expedia/travelocity and if so, what’s it called, or contact person)? I think I’ve seen you gone to Destin, FL second time this year now, right? Your photos are lovely!!! My sister wanted to go somewhere relaxing, so I thought perhaps we would give this place a try since you seem to like it a lot, but not sure how to get set up with a condo (will be first time visitor to FL). Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

There is no need to contact a travel agent. You can actually book a condo through websites and not have to actually speak to a human being (except for some site). This is actually my first time going to Destin this year, it was last year when I went back in May. Anyways, this year I book my condo through http://www.resortquestdestinvacations.com. Last year I booked my beach house through http://www.beautifulbeach.com. On both sites, there are many condo/beach houses/houses/ town houses and etc you can pick from. The price will vary depending on your condo/beach house/ town houses/ houses and etc’s location, number of rooms and the like. When you rent these places, majorities of the time, you will have to bring your own items to cook, unless you just want to eat out, but believe me, it’s all worth it. Destin is a great family vacation if you just want to relax and enjoy the nice sun. If you are looking into enjoying the lime light, you may want to consider Panama Beach. I’ve never been to Panama since I just wanted to to relax, but I heard Panama is really nice too. Before booking, look at a few condos and beach houses so that you can decide on which place you want to stay at and condering the price of the place in which you want to rent. Good luck, and I believe you’ll find a condo you’ll want to rent out. If you have any other questions feel free to let me know. Oh and most of these condos, depending, you might have to be at least 24+ years old to rent. But you can check with the rules and regulations! I know you’ll have a grand time!

Yes, I meant this was your second trip to Destin, FL (once last year once and this year cause I remember reading about last year’s trip when it happened ^_^).
Would you recommend a rental car since we’ll probably have to fly into FL (or is there a place like Walmart/restaurant/stores nearby within walking distance from the condo)? I know you and your group drove from GA down to FL, but it would take forever from where I’m at. If there are close places, we might skip a car and just taxi in from the airport and then hang out at the beach all week (and find some food nearby).
