The Sky Is Falling, the Book
Posted on 31 August 2011
I’ve just purchased the book “Sky is Falling: An Oral History of the CIA’s Evacuation of the Hmong from Laos“ for my History Class as my Book Report Project. This semester I am taking Survey of the World; The Modern World History. Each student is to pick a topic from her 8 topics (3 person per topic, each student pick their own book either on her book list or a book that she can approve) to do a book report on. My topic is on the “Cold War” and the “Secret War” is a part of the cold war so I was able to pick a book from my own choosing to read and write about. So as a loyal Hmong individual who feels the need to learn more about my culture and religion I have picked this book with the help of my professor, she suggested this book. I originally was going to do my project on another book from another topic but still on the Hmong people. Amazon sent out this book to me early this morning so I hope to get it soon so I can start reading it.

Where can I get one?
Tong, I got my book through Amazon.com, you can find a wide verity of books there. You can also order it through other books stores too. I do know that you can order the book through Barnes and Noble just as well.
