Our Christmas Tree

It’s been 3 years since I put up a Christmas Tree and I thought as plain and simple as I like things, I thought I did a decent job with this year’s tree. I wanted a real Christmas Tree so Hlee and I stopped by a Christmas Tree stand down the road from the house, they were selling these trees at $65 for a small tree so Hlee and I decided to get a artificial tree at walmart, but when we arrived at walmart they were selling very cheap christmas tree so we picked a 5ft-5 1/2 ft tree for only $20. This tree is actually much taller than 6 feet so we were very happy with it. A bit funky and lopsided but we like the tree nonetheless. Hlee and I had an epic time with this tree when we tried to put the tree IN the car.
I wanted to do a simple color theme for our tree so it was between gold and red (my color pick) or purple and gold (Hlee’s pick). Purple is my favorite color so I decided that purple will do. Our tree is very plain and simple with only two colors, purple and gold.
There’s no gift under the tree yet. I bought a lot of their gifts online so I am waiting for it to come in the mail. My parent’s huge gift isn’t wrapped yet so I didn’t want to take a photo of it, beside the gift is so huge it wouldn’t fit under the tree.
Hlee and I had a good time decorating the tree. I was constantly screaming at her since she’s super A-D-D.

Hlee wouldn’t let me cut that super long branch behind the topper, she said she wants it there so she can use that gold ball as her personal topper. My sister is weird. LOL
Brace yourself, here is Hlee’s A-D-D work. One little branch with 3 balls and one snowflake.. I know.. Hlee really does have issue! LOL

The more I read your blog the more I think we’re alike…peronality/chacteristics…not to creep you our or anything…lol…and my sister like yours seriously has ADD too! lmao…your tree looks beautiful!
You guys did a good job. In the last image I can see that she hung her balls in pair, makes perfect sense to me.
