Georgia Kite Festival

Posted on 13 May 2010

This Saturday on May 15 from 11 am – 7 pm will be the inaugural Georgia Kite Festival at the Centennial Olympic Park in Atlanta, GA. This will be the first Georgia Kite festival ever. Entry fees are free, but you must print out a ticket at the Georgia Kite Festival website to enter through the gates!

I want to take my aunts kids to the park, but pity I have to work and does not have any more days to take it off. I am sure my aunts kids would love to go there, I guess they can wait until next year when I do not have to work. To make it up to them, I’ll find the time to run to the store, buy some kite kits and I can take them to the park to fly some kits with a treat of ice cream and maybe pizza.

But anyone who isn’t busy, take your kids, neices and nephew out to the park, it’ll be a wonderful experience!
