Spring Time means…

Yes spring times means jogging time, we’ll minus all the crazy pollen and what not.
I’ll have to say, my favorite place during the spring is Shorty Howell Park in Duluth Georgia. This park is a few miles from my work place so every afternoon after work I would enjoy myself a little jog. I had tried many other parks before, but I must say, thus far, Shorty Howell Park had been the only park that keeps me motivated when it comes down to jogging and keeping a healthy lifestyle. Every afternoon I go jogging at this park (but I had been really slacking because of our late spring), there are always plenty of people out there jogging and children out playing and baseball practice going on. I like the cleanliness of the park and the trials along the park is very nice to jog in.

Make sure you drink lots of water to keep your body hydrated. It looks like a big park.

We don’t have anything like that nearby, and I normally go to the hospital track. The bad part is that it’s right next to a busy road, so lots of pollution from the cars.
