Kao Chang had sent me this invitation and because I live so far and will have school during this time, I am unable to attend, but if anyone is from the MN area or surrounds it, go and support them. I hope there are some fun events in the summer, I may be able to attend. ***hint hint hint***

OFF TOPIC…. but the mashed up meat in vietnamese sandwich is liver pate. You can use pork pate or chicken pate. As for the mayo, they use a little bit of regular mayo and a little soy sauce, the chinese kind.
