I’ve Moved!!!

After lots of consideration and much pondering, I had finally decided that I should go ahead and move to a new domain. It was very hard to let go of the whole mozemoua.wordpress, but then having my own domain means I have more moving room, I can do much more than just blogging, but then again until I learn everything about building a website and blogging I will just continue to blog. The whole website thing is for later usage, as for now, I’ll still continue to do my normal blogging.
I am trying to find a way to redirect all my visitors from mozemoua.wordpress to my new blog mozemoua.com, but until I learn how to do so please, update your blogroll or links with mozemoua.com instead of mozemoua.wordpress.com
The only changes with the new blog is to take out the “wordpress” besides that, you still got the same old mozemoua!!!
If you guys know how to link the two blogs or if you guys know how I can forward everything done from here on out to the new blog, please let me know… As for now, everything had been transferred to the new blog!
Oh and one more thing, I am still blogging with wordpress as a plugin, but I am hosted by justhost.com

There will be a lot of changed until I am happy with the new blog, so I am sorry for the messy blog until everything is fixed and settled!

It’s funny how it almost sounded like you moved away, must have felt that way also. But do keep your free version of Wordpress because once you delete it, you can’t get the old name back.

Hi mozemoua, I asked a friend since I thought he helped with the move, but it ended up that he didn’t. The person did all the moving like you, then after that the later comments got moved manually.
I don’t think you can link the 2 blogs together, like having your old and new blog update automatically if there is a new comment. Maybe you should set your old blog to just showing the last post that you moved. You can do this at your Dashboard of your old blog, go to Setting/Reading/and change the ‘Blog pages show at most’ to 1, then it would look like you don’t have much activities at your old blog, and the last post will direct your friends and readers to your new blog.
You can also go to the Wordpress.org forum to ask questions if you get stuck since you still use their platform to blog, here is the link, http://wordpress.org/support/
Ze, also at your old blog, it might be a good idea to remove the sidebar, like Blogroll and stuff so that it appears as the information page to direct to your new blog only.
Nye, thanks so much! I was able to go to my old blog and close out my entire sidebar and left a little text stating that I had moved and also show only that one post.. Lets hope it works! Thanks for your help with and the tips and what not! Thanks very much!!!
