I'll be taking a trip to California!!

I’ll be taking a trip to California next month and I am truly excited about it. I haven’t taken a trip in a while and I haven’t been back to California in about a good 5-6 years so I am very excited to go back.
Plans for the trip has not yet been determine for I haven’t actually talk to everyone on how I’ll be planning this trip. All I know is I’ll be visiting San Francisco and play around that area, and then of course I’ll be spending most of my time in my childhood town of Stockton. I’ll also be heading up to Sacramento and maybe even Oroville California. I might be taking a turn to Fresno, well actually most likely I’ll have to take the turn to Fresno and that’s the furthest south I’ll go.
I have plenty of photo shoot sessions lined up with friends and at national parks. It’ll be an extremely exciting vacation I sure hope. As I’ve told many of my friends, if it doesn’t work out as I plan for it to, I’ll cry endlessly. LOL, okay maybe not, but I’ll be truly sad.
I have a little less than a month to start packing, humm, to be exact; I have about 3 weeks and a half before I go. I cannot wait until I arrive in California.
AHHHHH, I don’t know what to pack!! I need to start packing (I like to pack a bit early so I’ll know what I need and don’t need). It’s been so long that I forgot how hot it can be in California so I truly don’t know what I need to pack and what not to pack. I do not know what will be good to bring and not.
Anyone has any suggestions on where I should stop by and visit or take a tour to? I know I can’t go down south, too much things I need to do and get done therefore time will not permit me to go down south.
Oh and while I am in California, I might not be posting for the time I am away. If I find the time I’ll update and post, but if I do not have the time than I’ll spoil you all with pictures and what not when I return.
So I bought my airline tickets back in early March, I know that was extremely early, but I needed to make sure I got the ticket while I still have money. LOL. I felt bad because I was suppose to take my little sister Hlee with me, but my parents won’t allow her to go so it’ll be a solo trip for me only. Anyways, I am glad I purchased my tickets when I did because before it, the price was about $440+ on one airline ticket to SFO. It dropped down to almost half so I took the chance and purchased the tickets although my dad did said it was very pricey and for me to wait longer. Many of my friends said it was a good price to SFO so I took that chance and purchased it. Good thing I didn’t listen to my dad because I had checked earlier today and price had gone up again! Whew!
Actually between the times I purchased the ticket and now, price had been fluctuating but there was only once that it went a bit lower than the price I purchased it at. It was only $15 lower so I won’t feel so bad. Beside for a nonstop flight on Delta airline and the time I’ll be departing and returning I thought I had paid a good price.
Below are from three main website I normally do my search at, these price are today’s price, which is a whole lot more expensive than when I purchased my tickets.

Take lots of pictures, and are you visiting family?
I’m confuse about the air plant tickets, how much did you exactly pay for them. I’m thinking $200. Am I right?

I’ll be visiting friends and family and also a trip to relax and enjoy. I really need it. Don’t worry I’ll be sure to take my camera with me and take lots of pictures to share with you all. I paid about $270 after tax and everything for a nonstop delta ticket vs. the 440+ I had orginally saw.
I’ve always wanted to visit CA, I know you’d spoil us with your pictures, looking forward to seeing it.
I went to California last month and I was around the Bay Area. When I was in San Francisco, my boyfriend took me to this Japanese Tea Garden. The garden is a very beautiful place and they have other museum outside of it too. You should check it out while you are around the area. =)
Ginger–California is a state you should plan on visiting. it’s a nice place, many national parks and many great places to enjoy. Lets hope I can do all that I want to. As for the pictures, I’ll be sure to take plenty! My buddy will be taking me to many national parks and other locations to take pictures. He told me, of all things I better not forget my camera. LOL
Sweetpea–Thanks for the suggestion. My buddy did said something about the Japapanese Tea Garden and some other location that we’ll be visiting. I hope it turns out as i wish and I hope that I have enough time to visit them all. Thanks for the suggestions.
