Home made Sushi, Mozemoua's style
Posted on 05 November 2008

Over the weekend my mom wanted some sushi and she had been bugging me to make some for her for a while now, so since she was going to be home I decided to make some. I know it’s not as good as the ones you buy at the restaurant, but they are quite good. These were made without using any vinegar with the rice. I know they normally steam the rice with vinegar, but I just use the rice from the rice cooker; much easier that way.
Picture below is before I had cut the sushi up

you have to give me instructions. Am I the only asian person who doesn’t know how to make sushi?
My sushis usually turn out looking “interesting”, meaning not edible.
LYN—I’ll post up a post on “how to make sushi” for you when i find the chance to, maybe after the Hmong new year.
ahaha, I promise you it’s very easy to make. I’m sure it’s edible, just very messing J/K. I’ll try to put up the post soon.
Thanks,
I look forward to it.
