"Hlub Ib Txhis" by Kos Lis song lyrics and translation

This is my all time favorite Kos Lis song. The first time I heard this song couple of years back, I was taken away by the dept of the lyrics and his beautiful voice! I had never heard such a beautiful and yet strong voice like this one before, I instantly fell in love with Kos’s beautiful voice and this beautiful song. He does not pick the best type of music to sing thus his music consist of mostly India beats, but it does suit his voice rather well, I just very much wish he would sing more Hmong written type songs rather than India music beats. Regardless of his type of music that he picks to sing, he still come strong with his voice and the emotion he puts into his songs. I love the way he can turn any song he sings into a beautiful and powerful song and melt away his audience’s heart.
I know I have a lot of top songs but this song, since the first time I’ve heard it, it has been a favorite song. The meaning and dept of the lyrics to this song is so powerful and so strong that it captured my heart away.
I believe Kos had nailed this song so perfectly well that it will be hard for any song to top the dept of this beautiful song and his beautiful voice.

To many people the music video is weird and meaningless unlike the song, but I do see the concept of the music video. The only weird thing I found about the music video was the funky fight scene that should have been cut out, but nonetheless I thought the music video went well with the song. The concept of this music video is that the girl’s parents disapprove her to be with him thus wants her to be with someone else, but because she loves him a lot, she will not risk her love to anyone else but him.

He does have beautiful voice, I like the fighting scene but the thin guy is funny, I had a good laugh.
I don’t understand Hmong, I kind of feel that it sounds Chinese, is there some similarities between the two languages?
i heard this song many times but didn’t know that he was the one who sung it. I have one of his music video with this one gurlo. Anyways while listening to this song..to meh the music sounded like a thai song i had once heard…like in a thai lakorn but not sure. Now a days many hmong pep uses thai’s music to produce their song. Nothin wrong with that cause i don’t understand thai so its good foe them to translate it or sang a song with those music.
He sounds heartwarming. I love his voice but not so much his image. He also is better at singing in Hindu than any other wannabes.
