Ze's style Korean BBQ..YUMMY!!

Posted on 01 September 2008

I was home for Labor Day so I decided that I wanted to cook something. I am sure everyone is out grilling with friends and family, but I had decided to just stay in and catch up on my lakorns and do some cleaning and honestly take some time to rest. I wasn’t able to work on my room, but I was able to clean the kitchen! Finally that kitchen is clean again. I feel like if I don’t clean the kitchen no one does. It gets me so irritated.

Anyways so for dinner I had decided to make one of my few specialty dishes.  I made my all yummy Korean BBQ mozemoua’s style. I honestly don’t believe in recipe so if you want to know how to make it just ask me, but I won’t be able to tell you how much of what you’ll need. When I cook I just put in whatever amount I want of whatever I feel like putting in, so never does my cooking have a recipe; I guess I just know all the right amount of ingredients to put in for the flavor I want.

I made this dish for the first time at my friend’s house for a surprise birthday party. All my friends thought it was so good that when we went to our cabin trip, the girls who were at the cabin trip demanded that I needed to make the same dish again. So I did and all the people who tried it for the first time at the cabin loved it so much I had to make it like 2 other times. And then for my birthday BBQ my brother and cousins did for me couple weeks ago, my friends once again demanded that I make it.

Believe me, it is yummy!!

The uncook beef spare ribs

Chop onion (it should be chop long way), green onion (chop long way), garlic and cilantro (just the leaves and it should not be chop). I am picky so everything must be chop the right way and lenght.

stir frying the beef spare ribs

Oyster sauces is my all time favorite sauce!! and the korean sauce

The spare ribs are almost ready

The Onion being cooked with the same pan as the beef, the pan should not be clean and it should have a little juice left in the pan

The green onion is than added with the onion to be cooked

When the onion and green onion is cooked it is mixed with the fresh cilantro and the cooked beef

everything is mixed together

The beef is than served with rice. YUMMY!!!
