Sour peaches before bed?

Posted on 23 July 2008

A before bed healthy snack… What can it be? Fresh picked home grown sour peaches with pepper and fish sauces! Yummm!!!

These peaches were freshly picked from my sister in law’s mother’s garden. Just thought I would like to share. I don’t need to feel guilty about having a before bed snack, since it is a healthy snack. Beside I was told that peppers help cleanse the system, so there goes two good things about my before bed snack. The down fall is I had my dinner at 4:45 pm today right before I went to class, which means, I don’t know how my stomach is going to take it with the sour and the pepper all in one, on an empty stomach, but for the time being, oh well, because these peaches are really good! Ahahaha…

I have a huge sour mango in the fridge, I am so tempted to eat it, but I had saved that one for my mom. Believe me, when I said huge, I mean HUGE!! That mango is the size of like 3 regular size mango together.

I also have about 12 limes in the fridge, but for now, that is a little sour for me. Can you tell… I love anything sour.

The peaches look good, I’d make the same sauce as you, and like to eat sour snack also. My neighbor with the rice paddy also have a peach tree, I didn’t dare pick and just took pictures of it.

Oh yum! I want. I want.

For peaches I eat it a little different. I eat it with a mixture of salt, MSG, peppers, dried grounded rice.

You have no idea how much my mouth is watering at this point.

I’m glad you like the recipe. I like to eat it with mango.

Every Time I come here, my mouth becomes watery. LOL. I need to stop.
